CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice. No-Show Fee: A 100% no-show fee will be charged for clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or arrive more than 5 minutes late. Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
